So many JE stuffs ne. Cool!

[this is good]

Wow! O.o That's really amazing! I'm going to Japan later this year, please tell me places where I can buy stuff like this! O.o (I know about the official Johnny's store already, but do you recomend any other place?)

Thanks! //Karolina

There are many unofficial JE stores around the place. Especially in Harajuku, Tokyo... and Namba, Osaka. The main one I went to was called "Art Box"... but I also saw some simply named "Idol Shop" or something like that. Just keep your eyes open ne!
Okey, Thanks :) Where was "Art Box"? Was it in Harajuku? And about what are the prices? ^^

"Art Box" was in Namba, Osaka. Everything was approximately 200 ~ 300 yen! Some things were a little more or less depending on the item. In Harajuku, if you walk down the street that you can see from the train station platforms, that whole street has a few idol shops. The printed photos in the shop (like the Johnny's ones) are pretty cheap, around 150 yen each but they are unofficial. In these shops they sell rare concert goods and the communication papers at a high price. For example, I bought a Time phone strap for 3500 yen! That's pretty dear for a phone strap, lol, but I just couldn't help myself! :)

Okey! I'm going to Osaka so that's Lucky :P It's pretty cheap then, except for the concert goods :) Yeah, It's pretty much for a phone strap, but I guess some things you just got to have x) Wich airport did you fly to/from in Japan? I'm thinking about that there are somthings that it's better if you buy at the airport like magazines becouse they're a little heavy. Did you have any problem with bringing to much home? ^^'

Well I flew in and out of Tokyo. My luggage was 28? kilos! I was lucky because I flew with JAL and I was with my partner. JAL measure you together and because my partner's bag was only 13 kilos or something, together we were okay! We also sent a few things home as well! That was expensive but worth it... I bought all my magazines beforehand but I put them all in my hand luggage. It was unpleasant to carry but hand luggage is rarely weighed so I was able to get away with a pretty heavy bag! :P

28 kilos O.o that was pretty much ^^' I'm only allowed to have 21 kilos or else I'll have o pay extra, but I'm going there with my father (I'm not old enough to go with friends yet ^^') So I don't think he's going to buy do much and hopefully I can put some of my stuff in his luggage :P I think I'm going to try to buy most of my magazinea on the airport. I hope they're going to sell magazines there, well I'll be surprised if they didn't ^^' When you were in Japan, didyou buy any clothes? and where you on Harajuku on a sunday? :P

Yeah, there are many magazine shops at the airport, so you'll be fine! :) When I was in Japan I didn't buy any clothes... but I did go to Harajuku on a Sunday to see the Harajuku girls. The shopping street I told you about earlier was very, very crowded on a Sunday... it's crazy but fun! Oh, and don't bother going to the JE store unless you line up from like, 6:00 AM in the morning, all the kids from school go and I could never get in, each time I went early in the morning, there were no more tickets left already! It's crazy!

I'm going to go to Harajuku on a sunday, but also an another day when it's not so crowded :P Ohh.. I've heard about that it was hard to get in, but I thought it was easier on weekdays when they have school.. Did you ever go to the shop in Osaka? I've heard that it's alot easier to get into that store and that the store is more spacier.
I was never able to get into the Tokyo store. I got into the Osaka store straight away every time. LOL. The Osaka store might be more spacier but... quoting my partner who sat outside, "More and more girls kept going in while less and less were coming out!" It got so crowded (I always rocked up when it opened) and uncomfortable but my biggest advice to you is... don't be afraid to push people out of the way!!! Also, don't get intimidated! I'm white so I had a lot of funny stares... and I really stood out too but I eventually learned that you gotta push and shove if you want to get anywhere.
